Description

New Roof in 2013; new Heat Pump in 2012; new Ducting installed in 2014. Carport enclosed before we purchased the home in 1993 has been remodeled to a family room. (Updated the Finished square feet to reflect is room is 342 sq '). Main bathroom remodeled in 2015. Master bath had a new shower (ceramic tile w/glass doors) installed in 2014. New windows (double pain glass) & patio door(French Door) installed in 2007. New Inside front Door & Outside Glass door installed in 2016.
Updated square footage to reflect "Livable Square Footage" as notified by Maricopa County Assessor in a letter dated June 3, 2016. The increase was a result of a canvass project that included our property! All future property values will be based on this square footage! Fence on Southern border of property is now block construction across the entire property line (2016).
