5. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 540.

6. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Each person over 18 that will be living in the home must submit an application and pay the $45.00 application fee. Each person must meet or exceed the minimum standards for qualification.

7. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

8. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
