    "Waverly is a great place to raise children, as I was raised here. In my golden years it's now a great place to settle down. Not slow down I might add. As long as you are a nice person in this town, everybody has your back. I lost my first home that I bought in Waverly, about 8 years ago to a massive house fire. Figures, three years before I had it paid off. I was a local bartender at the time. My employer wouldn't here of me working that night, but insisted that I be at the bar that night. The community support for me was awesome! This town-city takes care of their own, and anyone else that would like to be a part of it. I feel so secure in this town, you don't worry about locks, as your neighbors are watching your house when you are away. When I first looked at my house at a one hour open house, the agent forgot to lock one door upstairs. I found that door, and took in a good friend to see the house that I was considering. She turned me in to the police, Yay Neighbor! We have been friends for years. Waverly is a great place, Just ignore the towns stupidity from time to time!"
