Hello! My name's Evan, and this has been my full-time home for the past five years. I'm returning to California, and I am looking for short-term renter needing a furnished place (3 - 6+ months), but am open to long-term renters too!

Townhome with only one shared wall, private yard, and good privacy. Located in the center of Austin, less than two miles from downtown, South Congress, the east side, and more.

The home is part of a ~25-unit townhome complex on a main thoroughfare. Perfect location, right next to Radio Coffee and many bars, coffee shops, and eateries.

The complex itself is chill with good people. Almost all are full-time residents. I like being neighborly, so looking for someone who will treat my neighbors as their own!

Since this has been my home, it has many amenities. It has a complete kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, private entrance and patio, dog door, rainforest shower head, etc :)

There's also a complex pool, two free parking spots, and monthly house cleaning.

Renting it fully furnished for 3 - 6+ months, but I am open to long-term renters.

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

    "This area is awesome. 78704 is the heart beat of South Austin. You are close to all the cool shopping on South Lamar & Congress. Easy access to Hwy 71/290 (Ben White Blvd - Loop 360), restaurants, Central Market, movie theaters, and the new Radio coffee house! It takes about 10 minutes to get downtown on a weekday morning work commute coming down Lamar to Barton Springs, and then South 1st (Guadalupe) into downtown. There you'll find Ladybird lake, the renown hike and bike trail, 6th Street, and all the rest of wonderful downtown Austin. Just take Lamar to downtown, Hwy 71 to the hill country (Fredericksburg ...), or just enjoy 78704 and the vibrancy yet relaxed atmosphere of a wonderful part of Austin! "
