    What a catch! You are not out in left field if you want this beautiful, finished and heated, newer 40'x80' Wick Building that was built in 2022. Poured concrete floor, insulated walls and ceiling and finished with corrugated steel. The slab was reinforced with plenty of rebar, and all the dirt work was covered with plastic before the slab was poured. Slab has a large footing the surrounds the perimeter. All vertical posts are sitting on top of the slab and bolted directly to the slab, unlike cheaper pole buildings where the posts are buried in the ground. The walls are constructed with with 2x4 purlins and 2x6 girts. This building is built to last! Future access will need to be created from Wick Rd. This building is currently being used as an indoor baseball training facility. All baseball equipment will be removed prior to closing. This place is a home run, plan to steal it before the end of the 9th
