"Award winning salmon have been caught in the beautiful Klamath River in CA. This property is perfect for the sportsman or fisherman. Plenty of room for RV, Boat or Boats and a small cabin to stay in. Or, one could remove structure that's there and bring in something new or build. Power, water and septic are all there and ready to go. Wonderful corner lot, close to boat ramps, river, ocean beaches and more. Current structure needs work but offers many possibilities. Klamath, CA, where the Redwoods meet the sea. Truly a beautiful place. Very affordable too!"
