Miller Elementary is nothing short of exceptional. All feel welcomed and supported by both the staff and the community. The teachers are not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply committed to each student's success. They go above and beyond to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment, fostering both academic growth and personal development. The administration is responsive and transparent, always keeping parents informed and involved in the decision-making process. What stands out the most is the genuine care and dedication to student well-being. Miller Mustangs places a strong emphasis on creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where every child can thrive!

Awesome school! Both my kids had a fantastic time, both socially and academically. We really clicked with the teachers and admin—they were super receptive to our feedback. They also rolled out some great new initiatives that got the kids engaged. Just an all-around stellar place!

WHS is a small school compared to neighboring schools. Arguably, you cannot get their special type of tight-knit community anywhere else, and I've met some of the best friends here. Almost everyone is involved in something, and leadership positions are easy to advocate for or obtain. However, athletics unambiguously come last at this school, which is evident in the facilities. In addition, some of the course offerings are being cut or postponed to make way for higher AP exam participation rates. Social hierarchies are also well-defined, and many students have been friends with each other since kindergarten; rumors spread like wildfire and can be damaging. The biggest criticism I have is that WHS relies too much on optics; they frequently use the same rhetoric in awards to refer to their rendered prestige, which is tiring and masks underlying issues. If the district doesn't pass referenda for school improvements, opportunities for students to create tangible impact will be removed.

Westmont Junior High School provides an incredible education in an environment with a small-town feel. The school and district value high standards of academic success, community relationships, and involvement in clubs, sports, and activities. The teachers at WJHS are relentless in their pursuit to research and implement best practices that have been leading to incredible growth in student performance. Relationships transcend the school buildings and grade levels, and students, staff, and parents are notably proud of their schools. The schools are nestled into the neighborhoods, fixtures of the community. Having served several other school districts I can honestly say that the students, staff, and leaders are second to none.
