Upon an approved application we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit-to-hold that must be received within 24 hours. The property will be held for a maximum of 5 days unless the property is not move-in ready. Failure to submit the deposit to hold within 24 hours will result in the subject property being reactivated and advertised. The deposit-to-hold will be applied towards the security deposit. The total security deposit of $1700 must be paid within 30 days of the move-in date or immediately if move-in is less than 30 days away. A 12-month lease is required.
A complete application must be received prior to any tours.
Restrictions:
- No smoking
- No Pets
- No possession or cultivation of Marijuana in any capacity.
Tenant Responsible for:
- Gas
- Power
- Water
- Sewer
- Landscaping
- Garbage/Recycle/Lawn Debris Bin
Paid for by owner:
- Twice yearly yard cleanup (once in the spring to clean up yard & gutters, once in fall to clean up yard & gutters)
- A/C filter (shipped every 3 months)
- Refrigerator water filter (shipped every 6 months)
Complete Application includes:
1. Separate application for each adult (18 years of age or older)
2. Proof of income (Gross monthly household income no less than 3x amount of monthly rent)
Please include employment and resident history for the last 3 years. If you recently changed jobs, please include 5 years of employment history.
