Description

Welcome to your new home ideally located in Wallingford. The easy single level living home that was just painted top to bottom being owned by one-family all these years and extremely well maintained and cared for. Youâll fall in love the moment you arrive in the neighborhood and more so as you enter the home. As you enter the front door, youâll feel the warmth and openness from the large living room, hardwood floors, and custom wood fireplace which opens to the large 4-season cathedral ceiling family room overlooking nearly ¾ acres of property and Koi Pond. Make your way back around to the modern kitchen with granite countertops, a large center island with granite tops, and a tile floor. From here you have easy access to the hardwood floor dining room just off the kitchen. The rest of the main level is also hardwood floors and consists of the main hall bathroom, (2) bedrooms, and (1) good sized Master Bedroom with a full bathroom. Need more space to spread out, make your way back into the family room and out through the French doors to the good-sized deck to relax or entertain under the electric awning to help keep the weather and sun off. Needing even more space, the unfinished lower level offers such great potential for that home office, living space, classroom space, and more. The home is serviced by a whole house Generac generator, city water, city sewer, and irrigation system with rain sensor. This is an estate property, therefore, we do not have property disclosures.

"It’s very walkable and not very traffic heavy at all. You can walk in the road and feel very safe. There are also many other people walking their dogs as well. A lot of people with pets in this neighborhood."
  • Montreal Johnson
"They would not like if other dog owner walk their dog without a leash. Also if they let the dog use the bathroom In someone’s yard !"
  • Kyle
"Wallingford is a very nice Connecticut suburban town. It has the charm of a great New England community with easy access to major metropolitan areas (about 90 minutes outside of NYC); the town offers great access to two interstates and a commuter rail line. Great public and private schools with a wide array of amenities all make Wallingford an attractive place to live and raise a family. The real estate is well priced with a wide variety of small, medium, and large to estate-sized homes. The mill rate is low relative to most of Connecticut and the town has its own electric company. The East Side of town is more developed with many beautiful estates that overlook the vineyards and countryside offering beautiful, breathtaking views of the terrain and sunrises/sunsets. The crime rate is low and the town boasts many outdoor spaces that are well maintained."
  • Sozzi P.
"There are lots of friendly dog owners around. Most yards are small, and a dog would require additional exercise."

  • Belinda W.
