My home was built I 1986. We purchased it in 2005. Since we have been there I have built a 16'X24' workshop, we have had the roof replaced in Oct.2019, we have replaced both furnaces and condensers, we replaced most of the windows with double hung low E double pane windows, replaced carpeted flooring downstairs with hardwood flooring and have had all the indoor copper plumbing upgraded and replaced
