About this House

Charming 3 Bedroom in Avondale

This charming house in Avondale has been recently remodeled. It has replacement windows, beautiful hardwood floors, updated kitchen and updated bath, and a fenced yard. This house is located near the Cincinnati Zoo.

If you have the skills to do the work this house needs, you can BUY it with owner financing for just $695 down and $595 a month.. You wont have to get qualified with a bank for the first four years either. Through our unique program we specialize in making people homeowners who never thought they could own a home. We are easy to deal with, and we dont even care how bad your credit is. With our program we finance this house for you for the first four years and will work with you on getting your credit cleaned and get you to a point where you will qualify for bank financing. Our experience is that once we get you to the point where you qualify for bank financing your payment goes down significantly.

We only have two big qualifications. The first is that you have enough consistent income to make the $595/mo payments. The other is that you have the skills and resources to do the repairs that this house needs and to maintain it once youve moved in.

At $595 a month, you can bet that it does need some work. While all the mechanical systems appear to be in tact they have not been used for a while and may need some work. The house could use a good cleaning and a fresh paint job. Also if things need to be done in the future it will be your responsibility since it will be your house.

Were looking for a handyperson who wants to make a low downpayment, low monthly payment, and own their own home and who isnt afraid of repairs. If youd like to know more about the house, the deal, or set up a showing so you can see the inside, just give us a call at 513-899-1112.

"Lots of CATS and they breed a lot! I seen two litters of cats just driving by the other day. I donโ€™t know what theyโ€™re doing to help with animal control but itโ€™s not working. "
  • Brittany russ
"Too many stray cats and stray dogs. Plus, thereโ€™s no care in the neighborhood. Raccoons are also out, some might have rabies. "
  • Trulia User
"Cincinnati is cleaning it up because the gun violence in that area is bad, id there's not a shooting everyday then it's every other day. even the young teens carry and shoot people. I know the city and community is cleaning up the local area, but it is close to downtown Cincinnati, right where the best hospitals in the nation are, far enough from downtown Cincinnati to make it affordable just got to weigh in either your wallet isn't effected by mortgage or rent then your safety or life. I would never raise children in this location "
  • D A.
"Nice community. People watch out for each other. Hardly ever any problems on the street. Has a community-family feel"
  • Ronda H.
"The revitalization project. And the many community partnerships that support the low income families"
  • Nay2kholld
"it's familiar walking distance to hospitals and on the bus line walking distance to stores and most restaurants"
  • Chad P.
"horrible! your bound to get robbed or stabbed at some point. growing up in that neighborhood was hard i recommend nobody moves to avondale or you will be sorry. "
  • tanisha c.
"Iโ€™ve lived in Avondale for 6years now. It has its bad parts but also itโ€™s great parts! I live on the corryville side of the zoo and I love it! "
  • alteredillusionz
"This is a very nice area to live in. Quiet and the neighbors are friendly, and watch out for everyone's homes. On one side, the lot is vacant, and on the other side, is a vacant home."
