Walking distance to Christa Maculliffe Elementary School. Community has nice gated pool area, hot tub and small tot play area. Condo located at back of the community facing greenbelt so you are not looking into another building and less cars coming past.
Potentially available December 2023 pending current tenant renewal. Rent will be $3250 per month ($100 of the rent is for trash, sewer and water which must be paid by the landlord). All other utilities paid by tenant. Security deposit of $3250 is required. A two year lease is highly desirable and preference will be giving to a two year applicant, however a one year will be considered at a slightly higher monthly rate to the right applicant. A rental application for EACH potential occupant is required and background/credit check will be performed at the potential tenants cost (non refundable). This cost is approximately $45-$50 per applicant.
