"It’s quiet and less than ten minutes drive to the beach… it has every store you can imagine just in a close drive time. Currently it’s getting very expensive and people that are retired unfortunately will need to move and of course the Rich will take over and the working class will have to move to the middle of nowhere. "It is safe and comfortable for 55 + with lots of plusses. Offer transportation and many clubs for dancing, bingo, travel, Teather, movies ..... pools "

"Deerfield has a very nice park that's friendly for children nice walking path near the inlet. many types of food shopping and many delivery services which are good for family style living. unable to answer about the local school systems "

"Overall Deerfield Beach is a place full of positive energy and people are happy to be here. In my opinion, this area is a hidden gem of a beach town that isn’t too big and isn’t too small. If I did have children, I would love to raise them in an area like this. The weather is perfect almost all year long, and during the hurricane season at least we get plenty of notice to get out of harm’s way, and people come together and help their neighbors regardless of their differences. Unfortunately nowadays that is hard to find in some parts of the United States as of late, so by all means, if you’re looking for a place that is close to it all, has great parks, beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, great schools, public transportation, friendly people and safe clean streets, come to Deerfield Beach but don’t tell too many people unless they would be great neighbors too!! "
