    "My husband and I works and live in Lincoln Village West. The area has many walkers and joggers throughout the day and evening. There are many recreational activities for kids like local swim teams and baseball leagues. In addition, one can find many youth organizations like boy scouts and girl scouts. The park is nearby along with a homeowner's pool. Homeowners' associations oversee the neighborhoods to make sure all properties remain in good repair. A dog park is nearby to provide space for both large and small dogs. An Ace Hardware store is in the neighborhood and can give help or advice with home repairs or projects. They truly are a helpful hardware store with knowledgeable staff. There is a local grocery store that offers a wonderful butcher shop and a deli. Some shoppers travel from out of the area to this store to obtain their great produce and meat. The malls and additional shopping centers are a 10 minute drive away. One has the option of the malls, shops, and department stores along Benjamin Holt Drive, Pacific Avenue, Hammer Lane, or Eight Mile Road. The Lincoln School District is the best around. Lincoln High School prepares their students well for college and has graduated many students to prestigious universities throughout California and the U.S. People love the neighborhoods and many homeowners reside for 20 plus years or more, some being original homeowners, It is one of the best neighborhoods in the area."
