And the bullying? It’s ignored. Teachers see it, hear about it, and do nothing. The result is a school environment where students don’t feel safe, respected, or supported. It’s not just disappointing—it’s dangerous. The staff’s lack of care and professionalism is failing the very students they’re supposed to protect and teach.
