356 E Fudge St. Covington. 2 unit duplex with brand new roof just replaced in December. Upstairs unit has 3 beds 1 and a half bath downstairs unit has 2 beds 1 bath. Everything is up to date on the property. Both units are rented out. Replaced all of the drainage lines 2 years ago all the way out to the street. Have done a lot of work on this property. "it's nice if you stay on the other side of town away from the mill. that side of town is okay, depending on the street but the mill is terrible to look at and smell"

"Unless your physically fit, mowing the lawn is nearly impossible. Not only is it on a cliff, the front yard is concave! One of the side yards floods every time it rains. Both trees in the front yard are dead and ready to fall onto the house down below. The driveway is pitched at a 45 degree downward slope. The carport also floods. The nearest city is fifteen minutes away. It has minimal shopping, nightlife and dining. There are only three parks; all extremely small and lacking. The main street in downtown consists mostly empty store fronts. Worse, just a few blocks away is the largest paper mill in the United States of America. Talk about stink! "
