It also has a full bathroom. There is a mini split system for heating and cooling. The home sits on a premium lot overlooking the pond. There is OWNED Solar panels on the home. The solar panels produced an average of 18.74 kwh per day in 2024. The garage is a true two car garage with epoxy floors. The whole house and garage was professionally painted inside and out in 2022. Owner purchased a new refrigerator, Samsung gas cooktop, new faucet, new dishwasher, and tiled kitchen backsplash. Crown moulding was added to the Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, and Owners suite.
