Being able to get her away from the city and in a nice neighborhood with a great school with lots of opportunities was all i ever wanted! Now she has friends all over the place and I feel so comfortable letting her just be a kid in our quiet neighborhood."

"St Ann is a diverse population that has many great features as well as the usual struggles of a suburb. Easy access to interstates means it is well positioned to enjoy the amenities of the city or the developments in St. Charles. Easy access to the airport might be appealing for some. The Pattonville school district is fantastic. "

"I've been in this neighborhood for a year now and to me, it seems to be a quite neighborhood so far and I'm thankful for that considering the previous area Ilived in before. I have to look outside to see if anyone is out at times because it's so quiet. Everyone seems to keep to themselves and that's a good thing. It helps keep problems and drama down."
