This property has paved road frontage on Mountain View Road and Ben Davis Road. Some wooded and a nice size pasture. Could be a horse farm. The bass spawn in these headwaters in the Spring and the deer are with us year round. This river basin has it own unique eco system that we enjoy with daily walks on nature trails. Crabapple trees, blackberries and muscadine vines are abundant. Two blueberry bushes should produce this year. Our first year here we made 53 bottles of muscadine wine. If you enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking, bird watching and nature in general, you will love it here. It is truly a nature photographer's dream. We have thoroughly enjoyed being the steward of this property, but it is time for us to pass it on. Happy trails! Will consider selling the 14 acres separate from the 20. Will consider all offers.     "Fried apple pie festival and everything is very close to my neighborhood I can walk to the store ,park and store there are hair salons in my city that I can walk to and also four restaurants that are very delicious. We have a fall and spring festival and summer also we also have an antique car show at the end of every month. Overall it is the best place to raise a family,the school system is great in my county and the teachers are there to teach not collect a paycheck, if you ever have the opportunity to live here you will know what I am saying is true,the community becomes a family."
