1. Browse the entire website, and look at all of our available units.
2. Schedule an appointment to view the house you want by either using our nifty scheduling feature on the website, or simply calling our office at 601-376-9128 and speak to the office manager at extension 100 or Natilyn at extension 106.
3. Once you've found the house you want, or if you already know which one you want - file an application on our website (or by copying and pasting this link into your browser
4. Complete the application by answering the questions sent to you from TransUnion Smartmove, and send your pay stubs to the office manager at support @ jxnhousing . com or via fax at 601-510-9564.
5. Finally, once you find out if you are approved call Natilyn(601-376-9128 extension 106) and schedule a time to come in. You will need to either bring in your deposit which will hold the house for you, or bring your deposit and first month's rent into the office - and you can move in.
Should you have any questions, please call Natilyn (601-376-9128 extension 106). Our office is locate in Belhaven, around the corner from McDade's Market, and our regular office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRUDE Front Office Staff, Nice Administrators and teachers. 3rd teacher in 4 months. Weeks without homework. No notices when bus transportation is running behind/or hasn't even arrived/left. No advanced notices when special functions resume. Front office FORGOT to send my child via bus, due to a car issue, after I had to submit an email 3 hours, before end of school day. He previously attended a school literally within a 1-1.5mile away from his current school,which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND over this school. Unfortunately, I moved to a zone that does not serve his prior school l. I cannot enroll my kid with his prior school, due to school district not allowing to position your children with the best possible teachers and staff. So at closing, if it is in your power DO NOT enroll your kid(s) at Boyd Elementary, from a parent who has talked to others, and even staff from his previous school share some of the same views. I pay taxes like everyone else, I should have the RIGHT to setup my kids for success and not up for failure. We have two children here. The principal is responsive, the school is diverse in every way, the community is inclusive and welcoming. Both our children test well and make progress. Both our children love the school and their teachers. I saw someone give the school one star noting carline. It’s the same carline as carline everywhere.
