We are just a 5 minute walk to the beaches of Carlsbad; 15 minute walk to Carlsbad village (a less than 5 minute drive)

Coastal Rail Train passes less than 500' away from us and it can be heard from the house.

Carlsbad's beaches are incredible -- there's surfable surf, soft sand and so much access the beach. With an upper and lower paved walk running miles along the coastline, you'll have trouble deciding whether to run or walk, go to the beach or lunch or shopping, or just stay in and people watch!
Carlsbad is home to shopping and great restaurants. There's also Legoland and the Museum of Making Music and the farmers market every Wednesday afternoon.
San Diego is close by with its wealth of attractions including San Diego Zoo/ Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, USS Midway, craft beer scene, wine tasting, and so much more.

You'll have two parking spaces (driveway) and the garage may be available (please check before booking) if you choose to drive; otherwise, Carlsbad station is serviced by the SD Coaster as well as Amtrak. San Diego's public transit also runs along Carlsbad Blvd. Of course, Uber, Lyft, and taxi service are available as well.

We have a train that does pass by the home (less than 500' away).

If you are bringing a dog, please note that the yard is not fully fenced.
