House To Be Sold As Is

An antique pink color single family ranch style 1 floor home in brick and wood, there's 7 rooms total. There's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room area with a small built-in pantry. An utility room or storage room outside on the back for storing anything.. And there's a large background to cultivate for possible a garden or built a deck with a pool. The house is wired for broadband internet and wired for cable connections especially if using universe cable and phone. The house is nsultated for the cold weather. The roof had some done.

The kitchen dishwasher and garbage disposal were disable not in use. The kitchen oven built-in microwave is out-of-order but there's a portable white small microwave for use in the kitchen.

One the master bedroom the bathroom light fixtures have to be replaced with a newer model and need some electrical work and the second bathroom light fixture in the hallway as well as the light fixture over the electric stove in the kitchen. An electric socket in the kitchen near the sink need some eletrical work. Sometime the stove fan works ok. The closets in all the three bedrooms needs to be remodel or repaired due to broken doors and collasped shelves.
