Great school (MacPhearson) in just about 3 blocks away with a large park like field for sports, etc.
This is close to many great upperclass neighborhoods ($800's +)
I have talked to a few neighbors and they are all friendly and nice
Shopping and health care is close. 55FWY is just about 1.5 miles down the street and the 5, 91 & 22 fwy close by. Very centrally located. Great if you have to work in Irvine, can go the backroads.
If you take Chapman Ave. East you can go all the way to El Toro/ Mission Viejo. You will drive past rural areas, a fishing lake a bird sanctuary and more. Much to discover in the country like area, yet in the city.
