Locally owned, and operated, Homestead makes it our mission to help you find the right rental! Just a ten minute drive from UNC's campus, and within a five mile radius of some of Greeley's greatest restaurants and fast food. At Homestead we take pride in the landscaping and groundskeeping of our property, as well as the customer service we provide for you in the leasing office. We have an array of wonderful amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor gym, children's park, and a clubhouse for your enjoyment. If exceptional customer service and care are what you are searching for, than you have just found it!

Nonrefundable Admin Fee: $150.00
Application fee, admin fee, and security deposit must be handed in with application, as separate checks. W/D hookups in unit, but Homestead does have $50 for the set per month W/D rentals.

To qualify: Must earn 2 times the monthly rent per month. Little to no late payments on at least 1 established tradeline of six months or longer. Clean background history.

Dogs and cats are permitted, so long as the $300.00 pet deposit is provided before move-in, which covers both animals. $35.00/month pet rent. Max of two animals per unit. No dog breed restrictions although they cannot be larger than 55 lbs.

    "As long as they pick up after their pets, I feel they would be fine in any neighborhood. There is alot of people with money her so that means that lawn care providers spray lawns and dont always place signs that lawns were just treated. There are a bunch of puppies so parco has been an issue. That what I've seen living here for 8 years plus."

    "It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Two grocery stores are within walking distance as well as many restaurants and a gym. It’s located by a school though I’ve been told it’s pretty rough there. Great location during the 4th of July. Can walk or drive right over to where they’re shooting off the fireworks. During the winter, it’s relatively quiet and not much neighborhood togetherness but people are typically pretty friendly. There is glass on the street. I suspect from drinking the night before. It’s safe, but I wouldn’t let kids play outside by themselves... "
