This is a cute 2 bedroom duplex in Sandy. Located on a very private drive. This unit has just been remodeled inside with a new kitchen and bathroom, new carpet and paint in other rooms. Property has built in dishwasher, and microwave. It has washer dryer hookup for a stackable unit. Available with washer and dryer for $40 a month.

The backyard is fully fenced. The master bedroom is oversized, but the additional bedroom is smaller than normal. Pets optional with pet interview and pet rent and deposit.

Previous residents who have lived on this street love the location and the secluded area. Get away from the high rise apartments and into the country-like feel of this property. It is surrounded by huge trees that when filled in this summer make it feel like you live in the country.

Midvalley Elementary school is only .2 miles per map, but really probably .1 miles (if that) since you can walk into the rear of the school field. Union Middle school is .5 miles away, and Hillcrest High is only .8!
