**This home will not be ready for new tenants until June 1st**
Two story home, with a full basement that has an additional bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and living room. This home boasts new flooring, carpet, flooring and fresh paint throughout. Located close to the City Park and the Public Library. The backdoor is a double door for ease of bringing in furniture. Currently the backyard is fully fenced with additional parking through the back alley access. There is also a storage shed and extra parking.

Applications MUST be received for each adult who would be living in the home before tours can be scheduled. Filling out an application does not guarantee a tour.
Application fee is $30. Apps stay active for 60 days and are transferrable between other properties Twin Falls Property Management may have, and per the discretion of TFPM.

Security Deposit- $1600

Up to two pets allowed, with prior approval. There is a one time (non-refundable) fee of $200/pet and a monthly pet rent, TBD.
