About this House

Views Across Lower Bodfish and up to Hooper Hill. Seller started to remodel this 3 BR/1BA Cabin but changed their mind. This is a definite fixer and an AS-IS sale. Needs all appliances, kitchen cabinets, source of heat/cooler, water heater, fixtures, flooring etc. Note small mudslide came down the hill during winter and soaked some of the siding so owner removed it. Flat composition roof was re-done a few years ago. Shared well with house next door. Fully paved access road off of Bodfish Canyon Road.
