Laminate wood floors throughout, new countertops, fresh interior paint with calm neutral grayish blue. Garage, w opener, 2 remotes, keypad entry. Front door w keypad. Nest video doorbell and additional security camera. No more opening the door to answer it.
Water filtration system using reverse osmosis. Septic, and Well professionally serviced. Gutters have covers to prevent clogs. New Maytag appliance pair just purchased for home. New curtains placed throughout home in neutral off white, and grey. Large double door fridge.
Electricity runs $100/ month. No water bill, no gas bill. 10 minutes to Historic Downtown St Augustine. 20 minutes from beach. St Augustine High School is half mile away. Neighbors are kind, friendly type. We are on a dead end street with no through traffic. The yard is fully fenced w an RV gate. There is a second driveway, tons of parking space.
We have limited visitors in the home since the start of Covid. Antivirals, and Antibacterials used in the home.
