Here's a review from a former tenant who lived in this unit:

My experience @3521 35th street Moline, IL was one of my best ones when it comes to dealing with Landlords. The landlords there are super friendly, kind, and caring. The condition of the unit when we moved in was good. We did end up having a emergency upon moving in and the landlords took care of it right away. They did not take it lightly. Anytime I needed something they would return calls or text promptly. They were very easy to deal with and communicate with. They treat their residents with respect and dignity....which is hard to find now. The only reason we moved was we needed more space since our family is growing, otherwise we would still be there. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great place, great neighborhood and amazing landlords to live here. You will be hard pressed to find a place with all three of these combined.
