Snyder Elementary is one of the best elementary schools around. My family and I relocated to this area and chose to purchase a home in this zone so our kids could go to Snyder. The teachers, admin, and staff go above and beyond everyday to create a positive and fun learning environment for all students. I have lived in several states and worked in multiple schools, and Snyder is above and beyond all others. I am lucky my child gets to be a part of this amazing school community.

"It’s a little crowded nowadays, but everybody gets to where they need to go without any issues. There’s been further developments that have made roads a bit smaller but it is still efficient."

"Two community pools plus splash pad where all the families gather. Trick or treating is a blast. Community hosts events with Santa at clubhouse. Outdoor parties at pool and covered basketball courts."

"99 and I-45 are minutes from the neighborhood. There's several grocery stores within 5 minutes and upscale shopping within 15 minutes of us. Traffic can be rough at rush hour, but overall it isn't a bad place."

"Really friendly neighborhood, the people here talk to you and I know my neighbors surrounding me pretty well. I would recommended raising a family or even retiring . Although the surrounding area for childcare can be pricey, I haven’t heard much negative about it."

"Our neighborhood is very pet friendly. They’re three pet stores within five minutes of our neighborhood. Everyone takes responsibility for their pets. I once lost my cat but was able to locate her because a nearby neighbor gave her shelter and posted her on our neighborhood Facebook page. I absolutely love our community!"
