Full size washer/dryer provided. Extra storage room off patio. Rent ready immediately. Perfect for small family or responsible roommates. Maximum 2-pets okay with additional deposit (non-refundable). Owner lives on site.

All applicants must pass income, credit (score of 700 minimum), criminal background & rental history check. This property will not be rented online without a face-to-face meeting with the property owner (myself). If someone tries to lease this property to you without providing visible proof they live on the property, don't fall for it!

1 year minimum lease. Deposit is $1100 plus first month's rent. Rent includes seasonal yard maintenance. Pets okay with additional deposit of $200 per pet, non-refundable (We will let you pay this out over time). Cats and small or medium sized dogs accepted (up to 75 lbs). Two pet maximum. Owner will allow you to pay off additional deposits over a period of time. All applicants must pass income, credit (700 credit score minimum required for all tenants), criminal background & rental history check.
