Great location in the heart of Sharonville! Within easy walking distance of Gower Park, the library, community center, and recreation center with pool. The town square is close as well and walkable from this home and has lots of little shops and events put on fairly often. There is an unfinished basement with laundry hook up and a utility sink off the garage. The backyard has some flat space off the concrete patio but is mostly a rolling hill. There is a newly build storage barn with a half loft in the back. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, and 1.5 baths. The walls are clean and ready for someone to put their own color on them. The hardwood floors have been well loved and need restained or carpeted. Since owning the home I updated the electrical service to a breaker box, insulated the walls and attic, updated the stove and dishwasher, ran wiring for a security system, and redid the gardens on three sides of the house with rockscaping.

    "We do not have any. But I will say I DO NOT LIKE ALL THE EMPTY METRO BUSES GOING UP AND DOWN KEMPER EVERY DAY. Reroute them to by pass from Reed Hartman to Lebanon Road on Kemper Road. With Sharon Woods playground and ball field in this area it just doesn’t seem that safe with those buses rolling through all day. Please change this route!!! "
