The master suite is well appointed, with a fully remodeled slab quartz shower. The guest bedroom provides extra storage and plenty of space for a large bed set. The balcony runs the full length of the den and dining room and offers sweeping views across the valley. NO NEED TO CALL! Some homes are available for self showings, while others will require a guided tour. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. We respond to ALL inquiries. Applications are $50 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. SCREENING CRITERIA: Please visit our website at Accolade-Rentals.com for our detailed screening criteria. We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone. PETS: Are considered on a case by case basis. All animals are screened through PetScreening.com MOVE IN COSTS: A holding fee of $500 is required to take property off the market. This will be applied as a non-refundable cleaning and administrative fee. First months rent and Security Deposit are required at move in. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.     "I live pretty far out on Ahtanum but it’s a beautiful place to live. Where I live there’s plenty of field and wildlife. It’s nice and quite but a little bit farther from town that I like. Luckily the school buses come out to where we live to pick up and drop off my nephew. I love how quiet it normally is out here and how you can sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness. "
