Master bedroom has walk in closet UNIT WILL BE AVAIL FOR SHOWING AFTER OCT. 1, 2019 WE WILL SCHEDULE SEVERAL TIME SLOTS FOR WALK THROUGHS AND ACCEPT APPLICATIONS!

NO PETS, No inside smoking. FULL CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED AND DEPOSIT! Tennant responsible for electric ($85/month average last year), gas ($35/month average last year), and sewer/water ($35/month average last year) based on 1-2 tennants. Tennant responsible for cable and internet which varies but association does not allow satellite dishes. Garbage dumpsters on site. The condo association has rules for various items (example what is allowed on deck, number of occupants, etc) that must be agreed to prior to tenancy. We own this unit and live out of state so tennant must be willing to work with us if any repairs are needed etc (tennant generally will have to arrange to meet any repair people etc). We do have relatives in CR for small issues and the application process. This is a QUIET complex, 90 % of occupancy is owner occupied, so please keep this in mind when considering the condo!

    "I do not have any personnel knowledge of public transportation as I don’t utilize it but I do know there is a bus stop about a block from our residence. With the change in seasons and time change this weekend, people will be coming out as weather permits. There will a reunion of sorts since we’ve finally ventured out. In the Spring there will be garage sales, summer will have festivities all over the neighborhood & surrounding towns. Fall will welcome kids back to school & winter will have Christmas decorations & lights in the neighborhood "

    "it's not a safe neighborhood. there are gunshots on a weekly basis. I do not recommend anyone move to this area, especially if they have children. we have seen police presence, high speed chases, drug deals in the street, people walking their dogs off leash. it's not safe."

Pleasant neighborhood that I’ve enjoyed living in, however street lights are not always plentiful or working, so walks may be better taken during daylight. Really feel like this area is quaint and quiet, but just needs a little love from the city to give it a facelift. "
