Conveniently located on the 1st floor! Off-Street Parking is available for 1 car. Two months security and First-month rent due at lease signing. Background checks and income verification are required. If you have 1 pet and would like us to consider then please let us know and we can talk. There will be a $250 pet admin fee and a $35/ month pet rent that will be charged.

The applicants should have a min credit score of 600 or above with no criminal, felony, or eviction records for the last 5 years. For each adult that will be living in the apartment, there will be a $55 fee charged per adult by the website for doing the required background and credit checks.
