In the basement, you have a lot of storage along with laundry hookups and you can get your own washer & dryer. There is assigned parking for 1 car for each unit for you to park the car. We are pet friendly and can allow you to have 1 small cat or dog with a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and $25 rent.
