"Its not a terrible neighborhood or anything and there is a good amount of kids varying in age but it also has some people that are questionable so I always use caution. my 7 year old isn't allowed to play outside without someone watching her like a hawk. "
  • Jgill211@gmail.com
"not terrible but could be better great starter homes not for long term neighborhood require upkeep"
  • Ericavitalo92
"The commute anywhere in the area is quick. traffic is not bad and public transportation is easily located everywhere "
  • La N.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 16 years and i love it. has its issues but so does every other neighborhood..."
  • Isaiah W.
"This neighborhood is getting more and more families. For the most part it is quiet however during the day it can get noisy with abundance of kids that live here. Overall great starter town homes"
  • James A. G.
"Not a Terrible place to start out if you're looking to rent but I would definitely not buy a home in this area congested traffic, higher than desirable crime rate in the surrounding areas, no community upkeep. There are stores nearby a community pool and a school k-5 close by but it's all overshadowed by the people who live within the community."
  • James A. G.
"nothing I can really say. there's alot of pool events in the summer usually a movie night with free food every once in a while and adult swim other than that it's fairly quiet but it's a decent neighborhood to start out on your own"
  • Private I.
"I would be afraid to drive or walk through this area at night, and would NOT consider living here. Drove through to check out the landscaping during the day. This place looks TERRIBLE! Dirty! Looks UNSAFE for kids and women. That was my first impression."
  • Mary T.
"We've lived here for quite a while. It's been a great place to raise our children and enjoy life generally. Neighbors are friendly. Elementary school is within walking distance, and the local high school is just across the highway. Try it; you'll like it. "
  • Rauling
"It has a park with a lake, community swimming pool and a kiddie pool. Brader Elementary school is right next to it. "
