The 2nd floor offers an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining area, and living space with the full bathroom. The 2nd floor also includes the master bedroom that has a large closet and the laundry room. It boasts lovely charm throughout. There is a nice yard that the tenant maintains and a lovely porch for relaxing.

The rent is $1250. The tenant pays all other utilities: water, sewer, trash, oil heat and electric. We permit most pets with an additional monthly fee of $35 per dog and $25 per cat.

Our qualifications include: income of 3X the rent, $3750; clean criminal background; mostly positive credit; and good character and rental references.
