35 Huron Road is located at the corner of Huron and Fairway Avenue in the lovely Story Place Subdivision! This split-level, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home features a beautiful bay window that greets you as you enter the family room, providing an abundance of natural light that also filters into the dining room. The eat in kitchen has the original cabinetry and all of the appliances are included. The owner advised that there are hardwood floors under all carpeted areas in the home. The fully finished partial basement includes a gas fireplace, laundry hook-up and a lot of natural light. The outside of the home was professionally painted in October of 2019. A new furnace was installed in November 2019 and a new air conditioning unit has been paid for in full and due to be installed this spring. This home has been immaculately maintained by the same owners since 1957 and is a MUST SEE!

    "I live in Chillicothe and work less than a mile away and commute is easier and convenient, but the sidewalks are awful and all need redone, it’s not exactly handicapped accessible and the handicapped can’t even use the sidewalk because it’s so torn up. It’s scary and the only part that feels safe is directly next to the mead because of the 24/7 patrol and the lights."
