Laundry room with a washer and dryer included, off-street parking and sprawling grassy common area for outdoor enjoyment.

Owner pays heat, water, sewer, trash, lawn and snow care. Renter is responsible for electric. This unit no smoking unit. (1) small pet permitted with a $30/mth upcharge, positive landlord reference with the pet, $250 non-refundable pet fee, breed restrictions.

It doesn’t seem like the township will ever do anything about it and it will get worse when the stores and hotel open!"
