GREAT VIEWS of Mount Mansfield and Camels Hump
This is a very nice 3 Bedroom colonial 2200 sq ft, 2.5 Bath home with attached breeze way or mud room -(which has radiant heat) nice windows , and large ATTACHED 2 story, 2 car garage (which has electric door openers), and a bonus room in the basement. The updated kitchen is spacious with new quartz countertops, Bosch dishwasher, gas cook stove. Includes French door style refrigerator with ice maker, an over the stove microwave. It features the original wide plank spruce flooring and a maple butcher block island, many cabinets, and a new Hearthstone wood burning stove.
The Washer and Dryer are located on the main floor near the kitchen and half bathroom. You may have guests for short visits. There is to be no subletting or subleasing to any other people.

You are responsible for utilities (Green Mountain Power-electric), oil and propane with established Suburban Propane, WiFi and phone through (Consolidated Communications) through the phone line and DirectTV or DISH are available.
You may use Star Link Satellite for WiFi at your expense. The zero turn cub cadet riding mower, self propelled gas mower and weed wacker are for you to mow and trim the lawn each week in spring/summer for the property maintenance from May - September. (Should you wish to hire a Lawn maintenance person the landlord has the contact info for someone good0.
Snow plowing and Water are included in the rent.
You are responsible for garbage/trash and recycling.
You take your garbage and recycling to the Worcester Transfer Station, which is open each Saturday 7:30 am -1pm about 2 miles from the house. Or you may pay and use Casella Waste Management
