Our neighborhood is also right on the Razorback Greenway with easy access to Lake Springdale, JB Hunt Park, and Thunderchicken Mountain Bike trails. This is 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, + Office with french doors and closet (office can be used as a 4th Bedroom). The Living Room is large and open and great for hosting. Very good neighbors.

The city is growing and so you know that there are jobs here if you’re looking for one.
