4) Minimum Credit Score
600, If your credit score is below 600, you will need a Cosigner/Guarantee to sign the lease.
5) Upload a screen shot of each applicant's FICO score from Credit Karma.
6) If you have evictions, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.
7) If you are currently in a bankruptcy, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.

Pretty maintained. Safe as any other. Close to everything yet still not right into the city. I love this area. In Belleville now. Kids and I are looking to buy closer that way."
