"I've lived in the neighborhood for 7 years. ir had a lot to offer for all. close to parks, the beach, entertainment and great restraints and shopping. traffic can be an issue in the summer but timetable for all that this town offers. "

"other dog walkers are friendly and willing to talk to each other. Dogs are friendly to non dog workers so people in general have friendly dogs. There are plenty of common areas where dogs can play without having to use a neighbor's yard."

"My parents lived in Henlopen Landing for 12 years. It's a beautiful neighborhood with friendly people. Pool, clubhouse, exercise room, close to tax free shopping, beach, parks, restaurants, charming "downtown Lewes", and at the same time, far enough away from the crowds! Great neighborhood for anyone!"
