5 bdrm close to LAFB and Fort Eustis is about 20 minutes away. Close to beaches and shopping centers. 15 minutes from Peninsula Town Center and Hampton Coliseum. Elementary schools consist of Phillips, Asbury Captain John Smith. Middle school are Syms, Jones and gifted school Spratley. High School is right across street from Elizabeth Lakes community. First floor has hardwood floors except master bdrm ( carpet ), natural gas fireplace in front living room, laundry rm / mud rm. There is 1 1/2 bathrooms downs stairs. Full bath has 3 person tub and stand up shower. Laundry room is very spacious with clothes folding area. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cabinets, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Down stairs sun room/family room has surround sound speaker hookups. Second story has 4 bdrms, a full bathroom, attic w/ pulldown stairs. Also have another attic above 1st floor master bedroom. Both attics are insulated and floored for easy access with alot of storage. The home has a fenced in yard with a 26x10 deck just redone. A 16x8 shed with electric. Home has all new double pane argon windows, crawl space has been insulated with plastic put down for moisture barrier. Both upstairs and down stairs have new AC/Heat units. House has a whole house fan upstairs. A complete 8 camera security system has been installed w/ smart phone access. Also has ADT alarm system that can be hooked up if wanted. Home is located in a cul de sac with a community pool in the cul de sac with water views. This is a quite Neighborhood with two entrances. Security consists of 1st month, and 1 month security. Pets are optional at our discretion which would include a deposit if allowed. There will be a non refundable application fee As i will be conducting a background check and credit check.
