Both attics are insulated and floored for easy access with alot of storage. The home has a fenced in yard with a 26x10 deck just redone. A 16x8 shed with electric. Home has all new double pane argon windows, crawl space has been insulated with plastic put down for moisture barrier. Both upstairs and down stairs have new AC/Heat units. House has a whole house fan upstairs. A complete 8 camera security system has been installed w/ smart phone access. Also has ADT alarm system that can be hooked up if wanted. Home is located in a cul de sac with a community pool in the cul de sac with water views. This is a quite Neighborhood with two entrances. Security consists of 1st month, and 1 month security.
