One room had a queen bed, one room has a bunk bed with a full on bottom/twin on top bed and the third room has the same full/twin bunk bed and a full size futon. Mattresses are good quality, most other furniture is antique or eclectic. Kitchen is fully stocked.
There is an attached 1-car garage for toys and misc., plus plenty of off-street parking. Clam gun, golf clubs (kids and adult), sand toys. Fire ring in back yard.
Utilities included: water/sewer, garbage, DirecTV, internet.
Tenant pays: gas, electricity.
First/last/deposit required.
June to August $3700/month for just these months. $3200/month for September through May. 1 to 11 month lease available. First, last and $1000 damage deposit.
House works great for traveling nurses/doctors and businesses for their employees or contractors.
