    "i have lived in this area for the last five years. And i have watched it go down hill fast. From the car break ins, the drug busts, the drug dealers every where you turn. I watched the marathon on cheviot road get robbed in the middle of the day. The banks near here are always getting robbed. There is a school across the street but there are also weekly lock downs due to the area and all the robberys..."
