Structural steel rear porch and stairs, and Iron Balcony on side installed in 2009. Concrete front stairs also poured in 2009. All exterior stone and brick was tuckpointed in 2009. Beautiful heavy gauge wrought iron fencing in both front and rear with security gates at rear fence and rear entry to back stairs. Parking slab in rear has room for 4 cars.
