very poor. We love our teachers at Mountainview and most of the staff. When it comes to bullying they say no tolerance yet they hide everything they can when something happens. No matter if the bullying is violent or persistent. They will cover it up and let it continue

"Nice neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown with great access to interstate without crosstown traffic. Near the rail trail. Jack Roberts Park for kids and walking dogs. "

"There are plenty of dog owners in the neighborhood. I always see people walking their dogs up and down my street. Occasionally there is a noisy one that gets my dogs going, but all in all, First Ward is a very dog friendly neighborhood. "

"I work at the University Town Center and it is very easy to get across town through Westover from where I’m at in First Ward."
