    "The area is safe and everyone around here looks out for everyone. We know who comes and goes it’s a dead end street"

    "We live on Old River Drive. The view of the lake is beautiful and is a very quiet area. We are 15 minutes from McCain Mall and 20 from the Air Base. You have the quiet peaceful atmosphere of a great neighborhood with people who respect a one hundred year old lake where the fishing is to die for and the 15 minute convenient drive to anywhere in Pulaski county. I don't know who wrote the other 2 reviews but Kerr road is a long way from Old River Drive and I agree I wouldn't live over there either. There is no trash on our street and people walk every day, any time of the day. Just come look at this great property and it won't be a waste of your gas nmoney. You will be GLAD you did."

    "To the other 2 reviews who apparently haven't lived in this area for very long and know nothing. Kerr road is not anywhere near the location of this home, So you can disreguard the first post made, The second most recent post surely lives in a differant area also. I'm sure 10 miles either way from the location has some problems with drugs, But the location of this home is not at all run down or in any way in a bad area. The lake that it's on is one of the most awesome lakes in Arkansas for fishing, and boating. Everyone wants to get on this lake as it is a private lake and the only way to access it is to know someone who lives on it. True everyone has an opinion but some need to make sure they know what there talking about.. "

    "take it from someone who lives on this road. the area is not clean, there definatly isnt any shopping, entertainment, parks, etc. it is the country. as the other person commented, there are alot of drugs on this road. whoever keeps rating this place good is lying and trying to manipulate the area. there is no walking areas for sure, dont know how that got an average rating. the place is not worth what the owner wants for it. if you dont believe me, come look for yourself, but you will be mad that you wasted your gas for this area..."
